YOUNG MOTHERS RISING

The Young Mothers Rising program moves our young mothers from the fringes to the center, by creating a space where young motherhood is empowered, celebrated and supported.

Young Mothers Rising supports the empowerment of young mothers by providing robust youth-centered family resources, including:

A bi-weekly facilitated young mothers educational  group

Provision of diapers, child clothing, child care and educational items

Young-mother-friendly employment resources

Young Mothers Rising Community Fund
